TravelMasters has no direct affiliation with or claims no endorsement from any artists, teams, NFL, NFLP, leagues, golf clubs, box office or Ticketmaster. Any references to or terms that may be included within registered trademarks, or trade names are solely used for descriptive purposes only. As a valued client you will notice that our product offers & programs are priced competitively while reflecting appropriate intrinsic consumer value. Rates shown on this site are ABOVE FACE VALUE. They include all direct product procurement costs, related taxes, any ancillary fees if applicable, and a professional service charge per order
Purchase Policy
A customer may select an event and order accordingly through this online site or they may call our office and speak directly to a TravelMasters customer service rep to complete the entire transaction.
On-line or internet purchases require accurate customer contact info, matching credit card data with correct CID # and a fax return of your confirmed sales invoice with actual authorized signature. TravelMasters Sports & Entertainment accepts the following major credit cards; American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. We reserves the right to defer any order until all items, inventory or information required in the transaction process have been verified and one of our customer service reps confirms such.
Any problems or issues with a respective order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods or services.
Refund Policy
All Sales orders once confirmed and processed are FINAL. No returns or cancellations are permitted. Furthermore, no refunds are issued for any unused portions of an event program.
We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our human control; transportation delays, power outages, personal injury, losses arising from negligence caused by engaged third parties, loss of credentials due to personal negligence or theft, event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, war, acts of terrorism, or any other abnormal conditions.
CANCELLED or POSTPONED EVENTS
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. There are NO REFUNDS for postponed events as your tickets are good for any rescheduled date. Should an event COMPLETELY CANCEL and not reschedule for a future date, we will issue a house credit for the full amount of the order minus any delivery & handling charges. Again, we are NOT responsible for reimbursing any costs incurred with respect to attending an event that is cancelled or postponed including, but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas , meals and the fees of babysitters.
Delivery
Event tickets, credentials and or documents will be shipped to a designated address via FEDEX as soon as they are physically available. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours after the order process is completed. A separate delivery fee will be charged and itemized on your invoice.
TravelMasters assumes no obligation or liability for unclaimed packages received by addressees who maintain a waiver of signature release on file with FEDEX
Moreover, once tickets, credentials and documents have been properly distributed or transferred to the customer, we assume no further liability for any misplaced, lost or stolen program items.
Jurisdiction
All disputes and matters arising under or in connection with, or incident to the responsibilities of TravelMasters Sports & Entertainment, shall be submitted for trial without jury in the Federal Court of Georgia located in Augusta, or in the State Courts of Georgia located in Richmond County. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
